Deposits credit on network confirmation, usually a few minutes depending on the asset. Card creation itself takes about a minute: the number, expiry and CVV appear in your dashboard the moment it's issued.
Yes, on Aurora. Add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in seconds and pay contactless; tokenization means the real number is never exposed at the terminal. Worth knowing: Apple Pay provisioning is Apple's own decision, made by your Apple account region and device, so on rare setups it can be unavailable; Google Pay is supported on every Aurora. One practical note: if the wallet asks where to send a verification code, choose Email, the code lands in your dashboard.
The working fee is the card load: 5% when you move balance onto a card, easing to 3.5% automatically as your last 30 days of volume grows. Eclipse, the media-spend card, loads cheaper still: 3.5% → 2.5% on the same window. Deposits are a flat 0.49% on every asset, a card is a one-time purchase from $15 (the Eclipse ad card is $5), payments are $0 flat, and there's no monthly fee.
Anywhere cards are accepted: over 100 million merchants online and in person, from subscriptions and ads to travel and shops. Every card is struck on one of the major international networks — the same rails as any card in your wallet. A small set of merchant categories is restricted at the network level; the illustrated list is shown in your dashboard before you create a card, and the fine print lives in our terms.
Spend what you hold: prepaid, no credit line, no monthly cap of ours. The card networks carry their own ceilings and they are generous, $50,000 a day and $1,000,000 a month on the standard cuts; the Eclipse ad card rides its own pair, $25,000 a day and $500,000 a month. The same figures are shown in your dashboard before money moves.
There's no monthly fee. A card stays active with $29 of spend across a month; leave one idle for three months and it retires — you get a warning first, with a week to keep it — and any remaining balance is returned to your account before anything else. Cards are valid for 2+ years and we email you before expiry.
No KYC. An email address and a crypto deposit, no documents at any point. Accounts are for lawful use; our terms apply, and the service isn't available in sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions.
